While in-person engagement is ideal\, online interaction can be a healthy way to reconnect with friends\, family\, and our running community. If running or walking a set distance is not your stride\, please join us for the 20 for 10 Protect Joy Challenge. \n  \nEVENT INFO\n\n5K/10K/1K\nSelect your distance and enjoy at your own pace. You can run\, jog\, walk your 5K\, 10K\, or 1K\, on the treadmill\, on a track or along a route of your choosing between March 3rd and March 13th. \nYou may use the free RaceJoy app to track your run/walk and it will automatically submit your time.
