The Joyful Child Foundation is delighted to offer FREE safety empowerment Workshops for K-5 students on the first Wednesday of each month from 3:00 – 4:30 PM.

This month only we are also offering a Teen Workshop (ages 13+) from 4:30 – 6pm!

BRAVE Workshops are 90-minute age-appropriate safety classes that includes verbal and physical skills to defend against sexual abuse, violence, and abduction.

The BRAVE Workshop is designed to nurture each student’s ability to recognize potential dangers, verbalize discomfort or a need for help, and physical resist abduction, assault, or other type of violence.

EACH STUDENT MUST HAVE A SIGNED PARENT CONSENT FORM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE

¨ Parents are encouraged to attend.

¨ Students must wear shoes that will not slip off.
