Terms and Conditions
By clicking “Subscribe,” I confirm that I am either the parent or legal guardian of the participating child or an educator who has obtained appropriate parental/guardian permission to enroll and/or facilitate the child’s participation in the program, and that I have read and hereby agree to the BRAVE Program Terms & Waiver.
I understand and agree that:

My child has permission to participate in the BRAVE Program.

Sensitive personal safety topics may be discussed, including abuse prevention, verbal and physical defense.

I understand that while my child may participate independently, The Joyful Child Foundation strongly recommends the involvement of a parent or other caring adult to help support learning, encourage discussion, and mitigate potential distress, harm, or confusion.

Program content, including Quests and Missions, may be modified at any time.

The program is educational and does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

The Joyful Child Foundation may collect, use, and analyze data related to program usage, progress, and learning outcomes for program improvement, research, and reporting purposes. Such data will not be sold and will not include audio or video recordings of my child and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

I am responsible for supporting my child as needed and I assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

Participation does not guarantee my child’s personal safety in any circumstance.

I release and agree to hold harmless The Joyful Child Foundation and its representatives from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
