BRAVE Program – Parental Consent, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Privacy Policy.

By enrolling a child in the BRAVE Program, you agree to the following:

  1. Information We Collect
    1. Information Provided by Parents/Guardians
      • Parent/guardian name
      • Email address
      • Account login email
      • Consent and enrollment information
    2. Child Participation Information
      • First name or nickname (if provided)
      • Program progress and responses
      • Learning activity results
    3. Automatically Collected Information
      • Device type and browser
      • IP address
      • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, features used)

    This information may be collected through our website, the MyQuest platform, and analytics tools such as
    Google Analytics.

  2. How We Use Information

    We use information to:

    • Provide and operate the BRAVE Program
    • Deliver content through the MyQuest platform
    • Track progress and improve learning outcomes
    • Improve program content and effectiveness
    • Maintain platform security and functionality

    We do not sell or use individual participant data for advertising.

  3. Children’s Privacy (Under 13)

    We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

    • We collect personal information from children only with verifiable parental consent
    • Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child`s information at any time
    • We limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary for participation

    We do not collect audio or video recordings of children.
